Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Government, Secretary General of the Guangzhou Institute for Urban Innovation (GIUI) Mr. Liu Baochun led a study group to visit the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (Knowledge City) on April 6.

Mr. Tan Minghe, Director General of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Development and Construction Office, introduced its overall planning and development to the study group. Both sides exchanged ideas on potentials cooperation between Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation (Guangzhou Award) and the Knowledge City and the promotions of innovative practices on urban management.
